About Lauren

Lauren is passionate about helping her clients heal and achieve their health care goals by providing an individualized treatment plan, along with continued education and guidance to empower them to actively participate in their recovery.

In her personal time Lauren enjoys a variety of sports (hockey, soccer, volleyball, and baseball) gardening, art, reading and the outdoors with her family.

Lauren enjoys working with clients with a variety of injuries, conditions or concerns. She works with a holistic approach with a focus on posture and everyday biomechanics.

Experience

Lauren graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology with a minor in psychology from UBCO in 2015. Afterward she spent the next two years working as a life redesign coach at a brain injury facility in the Okanagan. Where she assisted traumatic brain injury individuals with daily activities and rehab programs from a variety of practitioner’s. In 2017, she moved down to the lower mainland where she work as a personal trainer as well as a Registered Kinesiologist at a concussion program and physiotherapy clinic.
