About Laurie

Laurie is driven to optimize the potential of each and every client she has the pleasure to work with.

Specialty

Laurie helps clients carry out exercise programs designed by registered physio and occupational therapists. Laurie’s expertise extends to a wide variety of physical and occupational therapy skills developed through working in acute, sub-acute, orthopedics, neurology, medical and mental health units in over a dozen hospital, residential care and intensive rehabilitation facilities in the lower mainland.

Experience

She earned her Rehabilitation Assistant Diploma from Capilano University in 2014 and brings over 18 years of experience in the Recreation Profession to Chipperfield Physiotherapy. Laurie is a member of both the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and the Physiotherapy Association of BC and is thrilled to offer clients better access to rehabilitative services and exercises in the comfort of their own homes.
