About Nick
Nick is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move with greater confidence, recover from injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them. He takes an active, collaborative approach to care, combining careful assessment, practical education, and individualized treatment plans to help clients understand their bodies and take an informed role in their rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Nick enjoys competitive running and mountain biking. His own interest in movement and performance shapes his appreciation for the importance of staying active at every stage of recovery.
Specialty
Nick’s primary clinical interest is musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He supports clients with a wide range of orthopaedic concerns, including acute and persistent injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, workplace injuries, and return-to-activity goals. His treatment approach may include hands-on therapy, progressive exercise, education, and IMS dry needling, with each plan tailored to the client’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Nick also has experience supporting injured workers through occupational rehabilitation programs. He understands the value of practical, goal-oriented care that helps clients rebuild capacity and return to work safely and sustainably.
Experience
Nick earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology at Queen’s University. Since becoming a physiotherapist in 2019, he has worked extensively in private-practice musculoskeletal care, assessing and treating clients with diverse orthopaedic conditions.
He has completed Level 1 training with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division and holds certification in IMS dry needling. Nick has also contributed to the development of a post-surgical lumbar-spine rehabilitation program in collaboration with an orthopaedic surgeon.
