Kyra Chmielewski
Kyra is a Kinesiologist who is passionate about promoting active living and helping individuals overcome barriers to discover joy in movement. She has experience supporting diverse populations in multidisciplinary settings, from community therapy to neuro rehabilitation. When she is not working, you can find Kyra throwing herself down a mountain with friends (with caution, of course), doing a good craft, or enjoying her favourite snack—eating salt and vinegar chips until her mouth hurts.
