Jasmine Ghazizadeh

Registered Physiotherapist

About Jasmine

Jasmine was born and raised on the North Shore and brings that same grounded, active energy into her physiotherapy practice. She describes herself as “pretty mediocre at most hobbies,” but throws herself into nearly all of them anyway — a mindset that shows up clearly in how she approaches both movement and recovery!

In the winter, you’ll find Jasmine skiing downhill or backcountry, while summers are split between road cycling, golf, and running. She’s currently training for the Chicago Marathon. Outside of sport, she enjoys traveling and exploring Vancouver’s restaurant scene.

Specialty

Jasmine enjoys working with a range of presentations, with a focus on both neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. She values client-centered care and collaborates with each person to build individualized treatment plans that support recovery, functional progress, and return to activities that matter.

Jasmine also has a strong clinical focus on concussion care and enjoys supporting clients through every stage of recovery — from early symptom management to safe return to work, sport, and daily life. She completes thorough concussion assessments addressing vestibular, oculomotor, cervical, and musculoskeletal systems, allowing treatment plans to be both targeted and adaptable as symptoms evolve.

Her approach to concussion rehabilitation is evidence-based and highly individualized, combining education, progressive exercise, and symptom-guided pacing. Jasmine places a strong emphasis on helping clients understand their symptoms, build confidence in movement, and navigate the often-frustrating recovery process with clarity and reassurance.

Experience

Jasmine completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, graduating with High Distinction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with Honours and Distinction from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Applied Health Sciences from Western University, where she focused on health across the lifespan. She has pursued additional training in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation.
